I'm looking forward to reading with Jenny and the other finalists at the award ceremony on Saturday April 15 6:30 pm at Eclipse Center for Creative Community in Lansdale PA.

6:30 pm - Reception 7:00 pm - Award Ceremony The evening will feature a reading from our 2022 Poet Laureate, Jennifer Schneider, followed by readings from our 2023 Runners Up, Michelle Reale, Liz Kerr, Sunshine O'Donnell, Faith Paulsen, and Gerald Lazzaro. Then, after a virtual visit from our final judge, Gilad Jaffe, our new 2023 Poet Laureate, Jenny Burkholder, will read her winning manuscript. Finally, other members of the Montgomery County Poet Laureate community will read. An open mic will follow, time permitting. Light refreshments will be served. Masks are required in the center (we keep extras on hand). RSVP requested but not required. . Eclipse is at 30 Vine Street, Lansdale PA 19446. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
